We had Sunshine Heating and Plumbing install a mini-split system in our addition we were building. The system worked fine for a few days but then started not blowing cold. We had them come back out to look at it and they said that 2 service valves both simultaneously failed on the mini split and that caused the freon leak. They charged us another 500.00 and demanded we pay it. Had my furnace gas valve replaced. Young man named Juan was very professional and courteous. Did a great job. Would use Sunshine Plumbing again.
I had a water heater and water softener installed this past winter. Service and installers were good. I have also had maintenance done on our mini splitters. Dallas, the tech, replaced the circuit board (inside and out) and cleaned our other two mini splitters but we’ve had clogging issues since then so it makes me believe he did not clean them thoroughly. And definitely not $130 worth. We need a motor replaced in one unit and have yet to receive a call back with pricing. It’s been 3 months. I have called them several times ... read more

I wish i could leave negayive stars. I spent over $10,000 on new refrigerated air, heater and water heater about 3 years ago. The water heater has a 6 year warranty. We called today because the pilot on the water heater will not light. We were told that they only honor the warranty for 2 years and they can't even get us an appointment for a few days. Horrible customer service. Should have known with all the problems I had with the original purchase.
There is no other plumbing service I would use ever. Sunshine is always on time, the service team takes great care to be neat at every step of a call from routine heating/airconditioning, roughing in/moving plumbing around for a bath renovation to the finishing of that reno with the selected fixtures. The master bath project followed two years behind the reno of my guest bath that Sunshine did for me. Wow! Fabulous job, Damian. Sunshine Plumbing, you just made my day and put a smile in my heart and on my face. Thank you!!!!!
