We find them to be very thorough and really take their time. We have always also been able to get same-day sick appointments
Very rude front desk person or whomever answers calls. Very classist tone not welcoming or warm whatsoever.
The main front desk receptionist is very rude. I was almost made to reschedule my child’s doctor’s appointment for arriving two minutes after the “10 minute” grace period given to patients due to being delayed because there was only one working elevator in the building. My child hadn’t been seen in a few years so I wasn’t familiar with the new policy of a “10-minute” grace period.
