Both of my kids have been going here since they were little. I call to reschedule my son appointment that I had missed and now the next available appt were weeks out. The receptionist seem to not be bother and kept cutting me off when I was giving feedback. I then just requested to send all my sons paperwork to family dr. It was her pleasure to do so. We find them to be very thorough and really take their time. We have always also been able to get same-day sick appointments
