Phenomenal practice! The front office staff and nurses have gone above and beyond to help my family. The staff is friendly, patient, and caring. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. This is by far the best pediatricians office I've ever been to.
My son had his first visit at Sunshine Pediatric today, and we had a wonderful experience. From the front desk to the providers, everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. We came in to discuss our concerns, gather more information, and get a better understanding of what may be going on with our son. The best pediatric office. Quick in and out service, and always gets us in same day for sick visits. I love that they respect my wishes as a parent. Highly recommend!
Great place but the wait time is ridiculous. Poor time management, scheduling an appointment is useless because it takes 40+ minutes to be seen. Lexi at the front desk was extremely rude and had no compassion for stressed parents. She was arguing with me back and forth. Mariah is great on the other end, I rather speak with her everytime.
