I reached out to them last week to have my son medical records faxed to his new pediatrician and it's been over a week and they're still giving me issues. His pediatrician where we live now expressed that if they emailed me a record of his last appointment with them, they would be able to schedule him an appointment but due to "HIPPA" they claim they wouldn't be able to do so. Dr. Anglin is great, but I don’t like how long it takes to get results of a test. I’ve been waiting for months. I even called numerous of times and no one reached out.
Staff is wonderful, caring, thoughtful.
I love how welcoming & friendly everyone is-from the front desk to the waiting rooms, I never (in all of what, 4 years?) had to worry about being treated rudely or having my concerns be ignored. The place is always clean & has a cozy vibe also.
