Unprofessional and ignorant!!!! The receptionist (Nicole) doesn’t deserve her job and doesn’t know how to speak to anyone! This lady is ruining the face of this establishment. DO NOT GO HERE
RecommendedAmazing practice! We have been going here since 2016 when we moved here. My son had a fever Friday which we were just treating at home but complained of ear pain at 8:30am yesterday. Was seen and diagnosed with Flu A/ double ear infection by 9:20. Also instructed me to call my MD to obtain Tamiflu as well. No sitting in waiting room-went right to room! Dr. Chaudhary & Jackie were/are amazing!
One of the pediatricians there is always in a rush, interupts parents when being asked and literally does not give a dang about the baby she's seeing. I'm really dissapointed and I would not want my baby to be seen by the docs there.
I was supposed to receive a call about a critical report on my newborn 👶🏼. They said they would call. I haven’t received a call. I called their phone number which led me to the On-Call Doctor and left a voice message to return my call but they didn’t. This report is critical and would help us sleep anxiety free.
Cannot say enough great things about this wonderful office, caring staff, and phenomenal doctors!
Absolutely L❤️VE Sunshine! We had a very scary experience this morning and the doctors and staff were amazing. Very prompt response and compassionate group.
