Horrible customer service. Took forever just to glue on tips and shape the acrylic. The polish on my hands was beyond sloppy and when I mentioned it, the nail tech took it all off and told me if I didn't like it, I could go home and paint them myself. I attempted to pay for my pedicure and refuse to pay for my incomplete full set and he practically forced me to pay or else he would "cut my nails off". Love how they told me they could do my design without even seeing it. The atmosphere was light and positive and everyone was very friendly. Can definitely see myself going back again.
