I think the nail shop as a whole is nice but my particular nail tech was either in a rush or something because I wasnt really satisfied with my nails. The gel pedicure was on she motioned 1 foot and didnt lotion the other and left the wax on my feet. The sides were missing polish and I had the gel polish along with a dent in my nail. I personally wouldn't go back BUT I would recommend someone else to go if they had a different tech. I dont know which tech I had it was my first time there. The worst customer service and wait times, ever! And to know many military members go there.
The entire staff is talented and they are so welcoming, unlike other places I’ve been. The quality of the products and skill definitely show. My nails are ALWAYS picture ready and stay put. To top it all off, I’m not in there for a thousand years. I love Vicky and her hands and heart are truly something special.
Great work and attention to detail.
