If I could give a 0 I would. Very unprofessional environment. Untrustworthy and unreliable people. Seems like it's a family run business with one or two people, the phone number is a personal cell which they pick up whenever-wherever, never in their office(always say "give me 20 minutes, I'll be there". I went for my immigration shots, the forms were filled out incorrectly so they basically took my money for nothing.
