She’s amazing quick and helpful makes living here easy
Since day one of checking out the apartment , to moving in. Athena has been so very helpful from answering our questions to helping my roommate & I fill out our applications. She is the most amazing manager we've have ever had our last manager was not a people person but Athena is the total opposite. that's what we most like about her, no matter if we feel like we're a bother to her she let's us know we're not. Athena, with sunshine medwods is Amazing. she is very friendly and welcoming Athena showed me the apartment I'm in now.and her knowledge is exactly on point.Athena kept me up to date with what was going on with the apartment and when it would be ready for me to move in .Athena went out of her way to assist me in anyway she could. Athena with Sunrise Meadows is amazing! We haven't moved in yet so I can't speak to the quality of the property or property management company in overall but if they are anything like their employee then I'm really excited about our move in later this month. Athena was super helpful, very knowledgable, and patient in walking us through the details. Whatever Sunrise Meadows does I hope it keeps her because based on this XP I will recommended you all to others.
Contacted the office and had a great conversation with Athena, unfortunately they don’t have 3 bedrooms but she broke down what they did have available and was great about following up with me. The community was quiet and staff was welcoming. Would rent with them if they had 3 bedrooms.
