It is a clean place where you can shut the world out and quiet your mind . When I use the in fared sauna, it leaves me with a sense of peace that lasts the whole day. When I leave , I know I did something healthy for myself ....highly recommend this place!
I have been going to Sunshine Kate's since Winter of 2015. I went there in search of a holistic remedy to clear up my skin. I got SO much more than that as Kate is a resource for so much! She is intuitive and compassionate with beautiful senseabilities. The infared sauna significantly improved my skin months ago - however, I continue to go back time and time again - as I have learned the MANY benefits of sauna and self-care in general from Kate.
