A clean, relaxing gem tucked away in Wanamassa. Drove past hundreds of times and didn’t know it was there. Kate is very nice and makes you feel at home. Haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time. Will definitely be back and tell all my friends what they’ve been missing with the infrared!
What a wealth of knowledge! I felt extremely comfortable and at ease in this calming environment. Kate is truly gifted and I highly recommend her services.
Sunshine Kate's is is so appropriately named as Kate emits an aura of sunshine and light when you enter her establishment. When my daughter and I were diagnosed with chronic illness and needed to detox we were referred to Sunshine Kate's and could not be happier that we were! Not only did the sauna's help medically, but the wonderful conversation that we had with Kate were enlightening. Love the classes held by Kate. I could listen to her soothing voice for hours. Wish I was a little bit closer so I could try some of the other services, but I plan to get to that soon.

Kate is extremely knowledgable when it comes to all aspects of wellness. I love the work she does! I have personally tried her yoga classes as well as her infrared sauna and plan on trying more services in the future!
