Hired to do an inspection on a property I was purchasing. He didn't miss a single missing sink stopper, moulding or broken light switch but failed to note a softball size rust area on the AC condenser which was presumably caused by years of a dog urinating on the unit (as per AC technician). Upon learning of the issue I brought it to the attention of Mr. Fuller. His failure to acknowledge his error and/or omission is disturbing to say the least. Zero stars is a more reasonable review.
