BEWARE: OF Sunshine Hair Salon POWAY DO NOT GO TO THEM. I had an appointment scheduled for highlights and a cut. I was 10 minutes late. (In Traffic & I called to let them know) when I got there Melissa was rude. She said she had an appointment at 5 pm which it was 2 pm and said; "can we skip the cut or do an impartial highlight instead of a full?" I agreed. She then said; "Let's just reschedule.
