I used to go here often but it’s always a gamble if you’re going to have a good experience or a bad one - I’ve stopped going here for a while and came back because everywhere else was closed. I always call before and ask if it’s busy and they say no when in reality they have 4 people waiting. You’ll then be told your next but you still have 2 hours till it your turn. I used to come here all the time, but over the past year the service has gone downhill fast. It was never great, but now it’s honestly terrible. They’ll tell you you’re “next,” then leave you waiting for 2+ hours. Customer service is awful. My last two visits they washed my hair with cold water, and they’ve doubled the prices they used to charge me. The vibe is super unwelcoming—no smiles, no warmth.
