I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this florist. I placed a very clear request for an arrangement, but what I received was nothing like what I asked for. When I called to express my concerns, the staff was dismissive and arrogant instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution. Family from out of state had flowers sent to us from Sunshine and they called to verify our address for delivery and then brought some amazing flowers. Didn't know there was a local florist in Agoura Hills but now we do.

I live in NorCal. Wanted to give a friend in Oak Park an impressive bday bouquet. My sister in law is a florist and I know from her that it's always better to directly call a local florist than go through an 800 number / broker. So I found Sunshine was near Oak Park. I explained to the owner my budget, including driver tip, and that I wanted something monochromatic. My friend was so pleased with the bouquet and so was I! It was perfect. Highly recommend this establishment!
