Had a TERRIBLE experience while trying order to a delivery of flowers. The woman kept mentioning that the size and flowers chosen weren’t matched with the neighborhood. After choosing the flowers, and giving our card information, the saleswoman denied to tell us the final price and moved on saying we would receive the receipt as a text message after the order was placed and delivered. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this florist. I placed a very clear request for an arrangement, but what I received was nothing like what I asked for. When I called to express my concerns, the staff was dismissive and arrogant instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution. For the prices they charge, I expected professionalism and attention to detail—not to be brushed off as if my order didn’t matter. Family from out of state had flowers sent to us from Sunshine and they called to verify our address for delivery and then brought some amazing flowers. Didn't know there was a local florist in Agoura Hills but now we do.
