Dr. Keeling & assistants are awesome. Some of the staff is good. Front desk is just plain rude. I went to pick up my glasses today and they don't take appointments for that. I waited 20 minutes, then the front desk staff said it would be awhile. No explanation, no estimated time, no apology, no help. Then she just walked away. I left and will pick them up another day.
