We went in today to get a simple contact exam because they accept our insurance. Not disclosed to us until after the fact is a $50 contact fitting fee. This is ridiculous. I've purchased contacts for over 20 years and I've never paid an additional $50 to be "fitted" for contacts. I do not recommend this company and would not do business here. I will not be coming back.
Dr. Keeling & assistants are awesome. Some of the staff is good. Front desk is just plain rude. I went to pick up my glasses today and they don't take appointments for that. I waited 20 minutes, then the front desk staff said it would be awhile. No explanation, no estimated time, no apology, no help. Then she just walked away. I left and will pick them up another day.

I love this place! – I had a great experience at Sunshine Eye Clinic. They got me in fast, since I was needing contacts ASAP! The doctor that checked my eyes was nice, informative, and she even made me laugh which put me at ease, since I usually get nervous in the doctor's office. The prescription that I got for my glasses and contacts was the best I've ever had, and I've been wearing glasses since I was 5 years old. I would recommend anyone to go there. I liked it very much and you would too!

Both my teenage son and I have gone to Sunshine Eye Clinic for our examinations and eyeglasses/contacts. Dr. Brown has been very kind and talks directly to my son. He includes me in the conversation when appropriate. I like that he treats my son with respect, as a young adult. My personal experience has been outstanding, as well. I once went to a different clinic and got what I paid for--junk. It's not a discount chain, but you get a personal service that keeps you coming back.
