Mary... The dental hygienists, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth... I have been going to Sunshine Dental since1989..... Never ever, considered another office... Thank you for almost 40 years of taking care of my mouth...
So my wife finally convinced me to go get a cleaning after 4 yrs . First off Sunshine Dental and the team are amazing: incredibly clean office, amazing customer service and most importantly, my phobia of the dentist has officially been cured. Thank you much team!
I never liked going to the dentist, but ever since I’ve been coming to Sunshine Dental I’ve always had a positive experience. Dr. Chien and the two hygienists that I’ve seen (Victoria and Mary) are very thorough and have made me more comfortable with my appointments. The staff that handles scheduling and insurance are amazing too! ( Please forgive me for not knowing all their names up front. I know. Chelsea has helped me out many of times. Awesome service. Last time I was here was 2022. Came today and was nervous but upon entry I was put at ease. The customer service was exceptional, even the dental hygienist Victoria was awesomeeee. Thanks for everything.
I called to set an appointment for my father. A lady, Chelsea, answered the phone. She asks me how my mother is, to which I heartbrokenly respond with, she passed away two weeks ago. This woman said quote “Oh my God, you’re lying” Where is the professionalism? Where is the sincerity for another woman grieving her dear mother? Why would I lie about something so serious and horrible? I ask to set the appointment for my father with another receptionist.
