I went in for my 6 month cleaning and everything went very well. No waiting, thorough cleaning plus checkup and reasonably priced. My experience over the last two years has been excellent.
overall experience was good, professional. However $215 for a simple extraction is a bit pricey. I don't regret going to apple, but bring your checkbook:)
