I was treated with respect and care.
They are always on time. They take care to explain what treatment is needed and why as well as when it should be done. Very caring and concerned. I feel like I have a long term partner taking care of my teeth and not someone just out to bill as much as they can.
Beth gave me sensitive and caring service, and she made me feel important.
Meagan,the dental hygienist is great at what she does and extremely friendly.
I enjoy having my teeth cleaned by Megan. She is very friendly and caring.
Maybe have the dr be a little more patient and understanding his bed side manner needs some work especially with young adults and the receptionist not to argue with parents about insurance

When we finally were able to get the correct insurance information for you, we were able to give you a more accurate quote. I am sorry you felt we were arguing with you, but the insurance info we had for you was not correct.
Everyone is very good at explaining my options and what they are doing.
I feel very confident that I am getting excellent treatment by a professional staff.
Overall the staff was very friendly. The only thing that I was not too happy about was we got there 15 min beforehand to fill out new patient paperwork and we had to wait about 35 min to be seen after our appointment time but I guess you had some emergencies to attend to because it was a Monday appt.
