So far the staff has been amazing! Very nice and friendly. The services for my children has also been well.
Had an appointment at 4 o’clock we sat there for about an hour The doctor still had two patients and we had to wait. Wait and wait I wasn’t happy so I rescheduled any doctors office you sit there for 30 minutes and then they’ll get you back there but I guess y’all don’t so I wasn’t too happy y’all need to make it better get more doctors
Front desk is a little unprofessional! However, Dr Speller is a good dentist but another dentist found what she missed.
The front desk staff are not welcoming nor friendly...not on the phone or in person. They make you feel like a burden when checking in and scheduling appointments. Definitely not what you'd expect especially coming from a place that caters to children. The Dentist is thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly which is why I continue to take my kids there.
