Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, I don't think they cared whether I showed up or not Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this dentist friendly? Yes

Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not!
