RecommendedDon Phillip, Burke Centre I have found Sunshine to be a responsive, responsible contractor that delivers the best quality at a reasonable cost. Any question or issue that arose during my re-roofing project, the Project Manager promptly took of it. They performed work with strict adherence to the manufacturers installation instructions and provided a 50 year warranty, a comfort to me knowing I won't have to deal with roof issues in the future. I would give Sunshine 4.9 stars.
we use Sunshine contracting all of the time. Here at Potomac school we're always having new projects. We also have a few homes that need some TLC. Sunshine Contracting are professional and do Top quality work. they do excellent work on storm doors windows siding and roofing we have used them for everything. Ryan has built a great company!
Sunshine tore down and replaced my deck (600 square feet). They were fabulous to work with! The owner Ryan is fantastic, Brent the project manager was outstanding, and the crew followed their lead.and did stellar, first rate job in less than a week. All of them were extremely pleasant to work with.
They recently installed a screened-in-porch (and soon a sliding glass door) at our home. The team demonstrated excellent craftsmanship, was courteous, and professional. We were especially impressed at their ability to navigate the terrible weather. Would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others!

Sunshine completed our new roof in a single day and the results are fantastic. Not only does the new roof look great, but they cleaned up every bit of resulting debris and left the yard spotless. Even though this was just a small townhouse job for them, they realized how important it was to me and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend working with Ryan Sabo, Corey Rivera and the entire staff at Sunshine for any exterior renovation project.
