I feel like the front desk person was rude and purposely did not send my dental records over like I asked. I specifically said I need them sent over today because I need to get an appointment as soon as possible and that I was in a lot of pain and had a hard time eating .I had to call twice and sit on hold forever, my new dental office had to call, It took 12 days and three or four calls to get my x-rays sent to the new office, postponing my much-needed appointment.
