Horrible customer service. The way they answer your call, I cannot imagine how they will address your mental health needs. Will call another clinic. Thank you.
I took my daughter for therapy, got the evaluation and was told to wait for a call to set an appointment with the therapist. I called a month later and they said they'd get back to me, I called 2 weeks after that and the therapist was in vacation. Well it's been about 4-5 months and I never received a call back. Not the service I expected at all from "professionals"
