Excellent communication and quick reasonable repair.
Not great but not bad.
Had my oil change and tire rotation appointment yesterday. This morning, I found a large puddle of oil under my car! Thankfully a kind neighbor was able to check and found the oil pan drain plug wasn’t properly secured. Basic mistake but still could have cost me my engine! Will not be going back to Sunshine dealership again.
