They have continuously deleted my pictures and reviews regarding the sad state of these complexes. Propane tanks and various pieces of furniture left in the trash. Literal throw up left in the halls to get stomped into the carpet even though they pay for a “cleaning service”. Dog waste bins don’t get taken care of or changed out nor do they replace the bags even though we all pay for “amenities” and don’t get me started on the pool that’s always closed, don’t waste your time go somewhere else and save your time and money.
Had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Wood yesterday. She is actually easier to get a hold of than the previous manager when I first moved into my apartment in April. I am glad they are trying to make an effort to keep the apartment grounds clean of dog poop and trash. I do occasionally see cigarette butts when I take my pup out and have to steer him away from them or else he will grab them. Jordan replies fast when you message them and keeps everyone up to date on everything going on!
Jordan is a very friendly apartment manager. She attended to my issues very quickly and efficient! As for the apartments, I enjoy living here. It’s quiet, everyone does their own thing. The garbage room/ garage is nice I would hate to walk all the way outside to take out trash. I’ve had two different units in this complex. The first one was very clean and ready to move in. I am moving out soon, and here is my experience with this place. Had issues with parking for so long. People park in handicap and leave their cars in the same spots for days/ weeks while on vacation, or just have multiple cars and leave them. Never got our second key for a 2 bedroom with two people living. Says office is open 8-5 but the entire two years I have lived here, no one has ever been available even if you book an appointment to see someone. Took 2 weeks to get my garage key.
