I’ve been living at sunset villas for over five years now. And I’d like to say that Jordan has been a great property manager and she’s always been very friendly and tentative with our needs as a manager. She’s made sure we were safe and well taken care of on our site and I’d like to recognize her and say thank you Jordan

When I first moved in, the communication was 1 star. When Jordan took over, it was a 5 star. They were great about getting back to me with an answer to any question. I am giving a 4 star because there is always room for improvement within the company. I hope moving forward that Bender Midwest Companies does just as well, if not better.

They have continuously deleted my pictures and reviews regarding the sad state of these complexes. Propane tanks and various pieces of furniture left in the trash. Literal throw up left in the halls to get stomped into the carpet even though they pay for a “cleaning service”. Dog waste bins don’t get taken care of or changed out nor do they replace the bags even though we all pay for “amenities” and don’t get me started on the pool that’s always closed, don’t waste your time go somewhere else and save your time and money.
