Had an awesome tour with Holland the other day. The location is awesome and the apartments look amazing!
hollands very very nice and welcoming. definitely a 5 star review with the way she greeted and welcomed each and every one of us. ( my sisters and i)
Holland in the management and leasing office was the best - she was honest, realistic, but also had the perfect amount of lighthearted humor. She really sold us on the place and I can’t wait to sign! Great prices and deals!
I really like Holland she’s very friendly and she seems to care about the tenants and their needs. She seems to go above and beyond. I think she’s going to be a good asset as a property manager for Sunset villas and I really hope she stays around and doesn’t leave. I also believe she is going to make an amazing manager
