Cheapest place in town for a reason. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that there has been 3 or 4 property managers in the few years I have lived here, or if they don’t care. You will get weekly texts about trash, and yes I agree people shouldn’t be leaving trash lay around, but after 8 months? The property manager should have cleaned it up by now. I have lived at Sunset Villas for almost two years, and I absolutely love it here! The apartments are beautiful and affordable! Management and maintenance are quick to respond should any issues arise.
Hi neighbors, I'm Linda I moved here in 2022 after my husband passed. I was scared of renting after owning our home,but I have always felt so safe here. I like how spacious my bedroom is even after putting a king size bed in it.
I have lived at Sunset Villas for 1.5 years. Management and maintenance are always responsive and any issue that has arisen has been tended to immediately. The units are spacious for the price. I dont plan on moving any time soon!
Coming up on finishing my first lease with Sunset Villas and I have been very pleased with my experience overall! The property managers and maintenance crews are welcoming and friendly, the location is very quiet and as someone who works overnights, there’s been some of the most beautiful sunrises I have seen since moving to Sioux Falls!
