I am moving out soon, and here is my experience with this place. Had issues with parking for so long. People park in handicap and leave their cars in the same spots for days/ weeks while on vacation, or just have multiple cars and leave them. Never got our second key for a 2 bedroom with two people living. Says office is open 8-5 but the entire two years I have lived here, no one has ever been available even if you book an appointment to see someone. Took 2 weeks to get my garage key. Lugar tranquilo. Limpio. Mejor lugar para vivir según mi experiencia. No se siente olor a cigarro ni otro tipo de estupefacientes. Se puede tener mascotas. Servicio de mantenimiento es excelente. Siempre están atentos a cualquier inquietud los administradores
It has been great living here. It is quiet, and calm, which is amazing. Maintenance responds quick to any problems that there might be and they come and fix it as soon as they can. I have loved living here. So happy to have called this place my fur babies and I first official home!
I really like living here. My apartment is big and it’s unique. If I have maintenance issues they are really good about fixing them. 4 stars bc I have some bad experiences with neighbors. I also do not like all the sneaky fees that the property management company charges.
Cheapest place in town for a reason. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that there has been 3 or 4 property managers in the few years I have lived here, or if they don’t care. You will get weekly texts about trash, and yes I agree people shouldn’t be leaving trash lay around, but after 8 months? The property manager should have cleaned it up by now.
