Lugar tranquilo. Limpio. Mejor lugar para vivir según mi experiencia. No se siente olor a cigarro ni otro tipo de estupefacientes. Se puede tener mascotas. Servicio de mantenimiento es excelente. Siempre están atentos a cualquier inquietud los administradores
It has been great living here. It is quiet, and calm, which is amazing. Maintenance responds quick to any problems that there might be and they come and fix it as soon as they can. I have loved living here. So happy to have called this place my fur babies and I first official home!
I really like living here. My apartment is big and it’s unique. If I have maintenance issues they are really good about fixing them. 4 stars bc I have some bad experiences with neighbors. I also do not like all the sneaky fees that the property management company charges.
Cheapest place in town for a reason. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that there has been 3 or 4 property managers in the few years I have lived here, or if they don’t care. You will get weekly texts about trash, and yes I agree people shouldn’t be leaving trash lay around, but after 8 months? The property manager should have cleaned it up by now. I have lived at Sunset Villas for almost two years, and I absolutely love it here! The apartments are beautiful and affordable! Management and maintenance are quick to respond should any issues arise.
