I would give zero star for this apartment complex if I could!! To start off is the HIGH PRICE you have to pay that you didn't expect in the beginning. After living here for a few months, I realized they added a bunch of extra fees in addition to your monthly rent like service fee, water/utility fee (which is not the actual utility bill, you have to pay separately), sewage, trash + valet trash fee, etc. So expect to pay a lot more than what they told you in the beginning, and that's not even include the Internet or Electricit... read more

There's too much going on to cover everything in regards to how stressful and unsatisfactory the apartment complex and management makes living here. I suggest reading De Groff's review and following the advice of checking yelp and other websites (especially since it seems several of the reviews, specifically the 5 star reviews, on Facebook are from people not in the Seattle area, the PNW, or even the US).
