Really great staff! The doctor told me everything I wanted to know and even stuff I never even knew about. I was able to get contacts that day! Also the process was extremely quick and even affordable.

We've gone to Sunset Valley Eye Care for two years now. The doctors are excellent and we've had great experiences until this year. The office staff was rude when I spoke with them about a change in our insurance the last time I was actually able to contact anyone. We recently chose to switch doctors because we received no follow up for several days regarding an appointment we had attempted to schedule. There was zero response to any form of communication. Worst experience ever with an optometrist. I went in last year for an eye exam and the prescription was bad....I only had clear vision in one eye. I went back today and the office was closed, even though advertised on door and website as being open, with a sign on the door saying will return at 2. It was 1:05. Around 2:15 someone showed up and barely unlocked the door beofe telling me that the doctor was out to lunch until 3 and I could wait. I had already been there for over an hour waiting.
