Don’t come here, everything is old, damaged and full of moisture, the laundry in the condominium is disgusting (probably there are fleas) sometimes when i go for emergency i out with itching all over the body, in addition frecuently only a dryer works. It’s insecure, the vehicle entrance door rarely works. My boyfriend lived there for 4 years. He needed new carpet and they said he had to be there 5 years but the neighbor was only there for 3 years and got it. The stove top didn't work and they didn't care. Said we had mice and was told they weren't going to get a trap nor bomb for roaches when he ended up getting them. They made him pay almost $200 for utilities in a studio apartment and he was hardly ever home. DO NOT rent here. And there is no tennis courts that's a lie
Horrible place to live, rodents all under the stove, had a broken pipe under my sink that took them 7 months to fix. You will regret living here, makes sense they only have 1 star shady people
After you move they literally take all your deposit and charge you for random stuff on top of your deposit !
