I just wanted to share our experience with Sunset Title Agency, and more specifically, Bobby. Our big event happened during the COVID19 pandemic and Bobby when above and beyond to ensure we were both safe during the title signing. He is very personal and professional. Answered all questions, reviewed documents in detail and returned calls quickly. I hope you are doing your research and reading this review. If so, you found your Title Agency!!

As a real estate agent, I've recommended and used Sunset Title for many of my transactions. They are quick in responding to my questions, on top of all the transactions at all times, very flexible in closing location, dependable and really great to work with. Comparing to some of the other agencies, I've dealt with, they're top notch! Their rates are comparable to other title agencies. I plan to continue to use their services in foreseeable future.

Charged a settlement fee that is more than twice the area rates. When questioned about why they were rude and dismissive.

We were contacted by this company in regards to closing on 3 homes which in the contract the seller stated this is their preferred company. They were rude, arrogant, and insulted us as being from England (even though we're Canadians) and being ignorant of the closing process. We own 25 homes in the States and know what the closing process is. They were also over $400.00 over any closing quotes that we got from other title companies in the area.
