Will overcharge you for rent
I called and spoke with Michael. From the beginning, he was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I needed an apt, and he said he could assist me. Within 40 min, I arrived at the office and was greeted warmly and attentively by Michael. He took the time to show me the available apt and go through the process to get it. Writing another 30 min to an hour later, he said, "Congratulations, the apt is yours!!!". I was so thrilled, and Michael answered every single question I had.
