The owner, Todd Cleavenger has not paid previous employee's for the hours they worked, he has asked employee's to lie about the equipment and bulbs. He calls the younger girls who work at his salons, "air heads, stupid, idiots". He has illegally used employee's state ID's to obtain state certifications, including taking the state tests in other's names.
