Took them over 4 hours to remove a tooth. And then I needed a crown on a root canal, the receptionist sent the wrong tooth to my insurance to approve FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES! My tooth is not rotting and will probably need to be removed because of this place. NEVER AGAIN
Worst customer service. Was on hold for 27 minutes. The person on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. First impression on the phone was more like a take out restaurant. No professionalism at all considering I was a cash patient for my emergency. If they treat you like this on the phone, I wonder how they treat you on the treatment room!!!
