Fantastic Dentist & Practice Dr. Neidenthal and his staff are friendly, accommodating & completely professional. We have been going to Sunset Ridge Family Dentistry since mid-2006 and have had nothing short of amazing care throughout the past 3 years. They even got my *terrified* preschool-age daughter to feel comfortable enough to do biannual cleanings AND X-rays!!!! Highly Recommended Very professional and caring office staff. Dr. Neidenthal is very up to date with new technology which makes the office visit smooth and painless. He cares about his patients and does a great job.
Incompetent staff I went into this practice and asked if my insurance was taken there. Of course! is the answer I got. I also asked them to call my insurance company to verify that I wouldn't need to pay the deductible for preventative care. The receptionist said she had done that. It turns out they weren't 'in network' so my insurance company did not pay the full amount for my family's cleanings and x-rays. Now we owe $400 to cover it and I feel lied to and cheated.
Great Dentist! Dr. Neidenthal is wonderful!! I have been seeing him for more than 3 years after having many problems with another dentist. He is kind and very gentle when working on your teeth and does his best to put you at ease. They are very considerate of your time and do not make you sit and wait. They even have a treehouse for kids to play while waiting for mom or dad.
Great dentist, great staff After visiting 2 other dentists in Holly Springs and being unhappy with the treatment I received, I tried Sunset Ridge Family Dentistry. Dr. Neidenthal is very professional, and his staff is reassuring and kind with my children and me. He treats us with respect, and the charges are reasonable. My whole family is very happy with Sunset Ridge Family Dentistry.
Stand by your work I received a crown in May 2007. in January 2008 I moved away from the area. Nov 2010 the crown that I received (paid $1,000) or so, busted in the middle and 1/2 of the crown is still intact and the other half is apart. After seeing a local dentist(Nashville), they explained that crowns are not covered by insurance until they are 5 years old. Sunset Ridge Family Denistry Dr, Brent Neidenthal has been my dentist for almost four years. I had lots of previous fillings and crowns that were discolored and worn. Dr. Neidenthal replaced my crowns and fillings with the highest quality materials, (BEAUTIFUL WHITE CROWNS & FILLINGS) they look great! The staff is professional and friendly.
Best dentist in Holly Springs This is my third dentist in Holly Springs and I have to say the best I have been to in awhile. After going to the other two, he is by far the most competent, trustworthy and pleasant. His staff is also top notch. I consider this very important for an office visit, since this is where I spend half my time. I have had extensive dental work, and even though I HATE going to the dentist, I don't mind as much going here.
Great Dentist Dr. Neidenthal went out of his way to get me right in for treatment when I needed an emergency procedure to relieve a sudden pain. Then he called me at my office to see how I was doing. That's great service!
