RecommendedI have lived at Sunset Peak for approximately 5 years now and have been happy with the office staff and the community. The units are spacious and accommodate our needs. The grounds have always been clean and well kept. Do wish there was better parking. 😊.

Maintenance sucks . Every time I need them to fix something it’s never done right or on time. Currently waiting for our AC to be fixed and it’s been 2 goddamn weeks and the heat is unbearable. I’ve called multiple times and not once have I gotten a solid answer. Aside from their being a staff problem. There are mice and recently found a massive rat inside my grill and they do nothing I’ve had them inside my home and all they did was come put mice traps and that was after I called sooo many times. I’ve order an event tickets for the family as being 75 miles away from home because of school, I had to drive all the way up there to receive them. I went Saturday and they said they didn’t have them after directly being told that I had to pick them up. Went this morning and my mail was opened��� mm isn’t that illegal to do? Open someone else’s mail?
Water bills are outrageous!!! Go up every month! First apt. I ever had with utilities that run over 200 dollars a month!!!
I love it here!!! I am currently in a two bedroom town home. The move in process was easy and smooth. Izzy was so helpful
