the HOA fees are extremely high the park is beautiful but for people on Social Security it is a way out of budget
My sister lives close by, I was out looking around and found Sunset Park. Met a couple who showed me their home, got some information, toured the park and was very impressed. Possible location for retirement. Very nice park, all the homes were kept up nicely!
This is an AWESOME community! Very clean, quiet and safe! Fun activities throughout the year with wonderful friends and neighbors. And those vews of the lake from the Clubhouse. .... WOW!
It's so clean, well kept , full of party people. Yea!

We stopped by during vacation to check out this 55+ potential retirement community for us and was extremely impressed! The tour we got from Ed was great and the park is so CLEAN and quiet!
