Exceptional customer care. And they sent me flowers 💐!!! I am beyond pleased with my experience and I feel loved! Just had the BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist/oral surgeon with Dr. Beadnell and with the entire Sunset practice. I had a dental emergency, and not only did they get me in right away, on a Friday afternoon, no less, but I also had an insurance mixup that they handled with the utmost professionalism. I was referred here after the dental surgeon at my regular dentist went on an emergency medical leave. I originally saw Dr. Ugalde for my pre-surgical consult to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I did have to reschedule once. The girl that rescheduled made a mistake and put me with Dr. Beadnell. We find out once I showed up for the surgery. Dr. Beadnell was willing to do that procedure since I was there and had taken the sedative. He was extremely nice and funny. The procedure was quick. He had great bedside manners. I had been in pain for several days. I saw my regular dentist who referred me to SOMS. I called on a Monday, was seen on Tuesday & had my procedure on Thursday. I needed a wisdom tooth extracted that turned out to be infected. I was a little scared as I've had other dentists have problems extracting teeth from my mouth before. Thank you too Dr. Beadnell, Dr. Veeck, Dr. Vgalde and there staff. They are amazing there and I wont go anywhere else now.. They are super nice, super friendly, and just awesome people around. I got 4 wisdom teeth and 1 othwe tooth pulled today and I felt so comfortable around then doing it. Never felt comfortable around a dentist before.
Thank you Dr. Ueeck! This one tooth has been a 6 month ordeal and quite costly at that. I appreciate you accepting a patient out of network and proving that I wasn't going crazy. There really was something not right. Everyone involved was patient and considerate of my anxiety and the small talk was great.
