I do my nails there for the past probably two years but I am not so happy and considering to switch them. Their nail service is okay (not the best) and I think they have competitive prices but the way they treat customers is just not for me. They are not rude or something like this (except the man technician) but there is no communication at all. They chat only between each other using foreign language which is their right of course, but you feel like you are not wanted there…
I do not recommend going and would not return. I just paid for a lavender spa and intended to also get my eyebrow waxed and I was so upset after doing the spa, I just paid for the spa and didn’t bother to trust them with my eyebrows. Now look at the condition that my feet were left in, note I did not go in there looking like this. The brush that she used should be thrown away as all it did was more damage than good!
