My salesman was wonderful not a bad word to say about him. My jeep is still leaking after it was supposedly fixed and tested to make sure...don't worry sunset I will be contacting you today! I have photos of what is going on and I will contact the necessary people to have this resolved if you do not resolve the issue..I haven't even owned the jeep for 2 months it SHOULD NOT be leaking anywhere. And unfortunately when I purchased the vehicle i was not offered the extended warranty...
Very bad service dept. I will be there on Monday morning for my car to be fixed right. Spending $1036.76 for something that wasn't broke is very shady
Judging from what I've read and personally heard in regards to how terrible Your Service Department operates n treats existing customers poorly I can't imagine spending 1000's on a service issue; not having it fixed, not being listened to ,and going through the stress of not even having a vehicle to use while mine was being repaired.I had all intentions to purchase from your business when I'M back that way next month.
