Este hotel o lo recomiendo el manager es una persona muy agresiva, falto de profesionalismo tieme muchos reportes en mi caso megrito desde el principio , le llame para reportar la cafetera y me dijo muy groseramente, gritando que paso me aterro escucharlo y le dije no se por favor mande a que la revisen. Llegando a la habitación llego agresivo con insultos , odio mi esposo se molesto y pidió respeto y el sigui gritando , no vayan a este motel es muy desgastarte
The owners/customer service folks were very nice and helpful, not just my group, but to every other group I saw them interact with. Rooms were nice and they were very clean. Only one issue, the water pressure in the shower was literally non existent and the worst I've ever seen at a hotel, It took a half hour just to wash hair, soap up. Rinsing off took forever. The room was great. I honestly wish more were like it. I would have given 5 stars but I feel the pet fee is too high. It was the price of one night's stay in the end. I would consider staying again in the future. It was a great place to stay
All was good. Check in easy, clean convenient, exactly what I expected
Not a five star, fancy hotel of course but definitely good enough in every way. I would stay here again, and I might, because Hood River is amazing
