My son lives here and they have harrased him since day one he works 3rd shift so is never home at night and sleeps all day so noise is not an issue yes hes young and is single so he has alot of girls coming for visits he keeps his place up and clean i dont know why these people keep hounding him .now they want him to move out.he owns the trailer but really dont have the funds to move the trailer.these people are unrealistic
Nice, quiet place to live. This is not the place if loud music or late night parties is your thing. No trashy trailers or cars on blocks allowed, either.
I disagree ' We think it is one of the nicer mobile home parks. As a contractor I have lived in mobile home parks in Ohio, Wisconsin and Indiana. And I have to say this is probably one of the nicest & cleanest one I have been in. Now if you don't abide by the rules and keep you place up to standards they will give you hell and not think a thing of it. We have lived here for 1-1/2 year with no problems. The WORST place to live the manger is rude and harasses everyone and wont let you talk to the owner if you have a problem with her. she will just harass you even more and do things to try to get you kicked out. If you ever do get a chance to talk to the owner he will just tell you that you need to respect her and that you are a liar and that what she says is the truth even if that is not the case.
