Worst apartments to live in they try to sneak in extra fees and when you ask for a print out of the charges they don’t give it to you there’s roaches and nats all in the apartment maintenance sucks they take 2 weeks to fix anything the AC leaks extremely bad and all they do to “fix” the problem is vacuum it out and tell you not to put the air under 70 which does nothing pool was closed all summer there’s mold all in the bathroom stairs are hazardous dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes properly and smells horrible when ran outlet... read more
To the public - BEWARE! This place is highly roach-infested, and they have been reported to both the Arizona Attorney General's office and Maricopa County Dept. of Health. Residents are encouraged to file their own complaints and hold these people accountable. Their behaviors ran a recent resident off because of their malfeasance. They deserve zero-stars....all I can say is YUCK!

FINALLY OUT! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This place is HORRIBLE. The floors had vinyl flooring ON TOP OF VINYL FLOORING. There’s mold in every nook and cranny, the apartments have a weird old moldy smell too. The office staff is the absolute worst and rude. If you hate your job find another. The cabinets are literally rotting away. The whole unit is a landlord special especially the paint on everything. The closet doors can’t even stay on with all the paint layers . RUN
