This place isn’t what you expect… yes it’s affordable than other places but it infested with roaches; no matter how many times they spray the place there will still be roaches. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything you submit a ticket for, so don’t bother using the emergency maintenance line cause they will do absolutely nothing at the moment of emergency. If I could rate this apartment nothing I would!! Please do not move here if your working on credit, have health issues or financial issues. These people sold a dream they make you run in circles to get approved gave false promises and gave us a “half” renovation unit. The unit was not renovated at all there were obvious carpet stains shallow holes in the carpet and chipped cabinets and walls.
