Best staff of any RV park we have visited hands down. Lynn is friendly,and helpful. It is a pleasure to stay there. We will tell our friends to discover this jewel on the forgotten coast. There is a bar and grill just across the road, doesn't it any better than that.
Sunset Isle RV resort is a "gem" in so many ways. The grounds are immaculate, the pool exceptionally clean and inviting, the sites spacious and level, and the staff friendly and helpful. We have stayed at the other RV park in Carrabelle, and while it was okay, Sunset Isle exceeded our high expectations. We have traveled over the country and this is one of our favorites.
What a beautiful place, and awesome people. We throughly loved staying here. It's quiet and beautiful. The black bears that hunt about in the dumpster was a little concerning but use common sense, leave them alone. They'll leave you alone. We loved fishing off the dock and caught a large variety of fish. What an awesome time. And the town is so cute and out of the way, almost hiding from the rest of the world. Wish I could go back tomorrow.
There aren’t very many spots in this community, but that is what I like about it. The pool is awesome and everyone here is super nice. We have stayed here a few times and love it. The WiFi can be spotty at times but the scenery makes up for it.
Office staff were so very helpful, kayak launch area was important to us. We were glad to be able to park our truck down there while we paddled.
Our stay was brief, however, it was wonderful. The place was clean, quiet, and very relaxing. The pool was absolutely wonderful. The staff was wonderful, friendly and never stopped working on this beauty! The place was at or close to capacity, however, it was so quiet. This is a place I would gladly visit again and again.

the Sunset Isle RV and Yacht Resort is exceptionally well maintained. Sadly, the pool and spa cannot be used due to insurance issues and sites offer 30 amp only (no 50 amp) plus sewer, water, cable. A restaurant and bar are within walking distance, as well a boat launch, and great views. The resort accepts Passport America, so the cost to stay is very reasonable.
We had such a blessed time. The campgrounds were beautiful and extremely well kept. Mrs Becca was a wonderful hostess. We hope to be back very soon. Thank you for a great time.
