Had prior good experiences. Most recently they seem disorganized. They were unable to fix a really simple billing address issue or just cancel and place an order on a different card for me. Took days to reach out. Should have ordered elsewhere.
I had a decent experience purchasing my car here initially, but since writing the check the communication and assistance dropped off significantly. I purchased an Audi here from out of state 10 weeks ago, on 6/6, and am still unable to register it.
