I hated this place when I just moved in. But after more than 2 years, I found this place is a pretty good place for a temporary place before I buy my own house. There are good and bad things for everything. The best thing is it is gated apt complex. Most people are nice. it is quiet most of time. The bad thing I can think of at the moment is some noises. I have been this place about 3 weeks now. It is okay place in many ways (such as good location, gated community, fees are included).. The only problem is that this place lacks AC. Therefore if you do not have your own portable AC, the room temperature will be around 80 F most time in Summer.. The attached photo is the inside of the ventilation.
