Sorry today review is only a four star. Despite two reminders, nor certain the brake light got replaced. Haven’t checked yet, but Mo charge on the receipt for the bulb. Maybe gratis, but will be disappointed if the service Dept forgot to take care of it. Love Sunset Honda both sales and service!! Doug is amazing in service. Always feel so special there. Have bought four cars over the years and always enjoy going there. Gotta get that light replaced though!!!
Very conscientious and courteous folks. We were traveling through the area on vacation and our “check engine “ light came on. They found the time to fit us in and get us back on the road. Words do not convey the appreciation we have for this dealership.
We had a good experience getting our new car from Sunset Honda. Our salesman Kevin Nyhus was attentive, energetic and went the extra mile to show us lots of new and used cars as we narrowed down our choices. The finance manager Chris Nicol worked with us in a non pressure way to get us a deal we could afford. Then Frank Yray who did the financial paper work made us feel comfortable and never pressured us to get extra things we didn't need. All 3 took time to answer all our questions.
