Bruce Brotcke is an experienced, competent professional inspector. I’m a licensed civil engineer in California (PE) with decades of experience in residential & heavy construction. I needed an inspector to review my one-year old home before the warranty expired, especially my roof, attic, HVAC system. Mr Brotcke did a fine job. On time, safe, thorough, and a well-written pdf report the next day. Five stars.
Me and Ram got service from this company two times and each time we contacted this company we asked for Mr. Bruce, the house inspector. Mr. Bruce was a very well experienced professional that was always knowledgeable, fair and honest about the condition of the house. He saved me from buying a bad condition house that was infested with terminates, which was almost impossible to find.
