We had a hard time with their customer service. We had ordered a couple of pieces of glass for a shower, where the measurement to center should be 7/8in (not a difference to the thickness of the glass due to height or width as stated in your fine print) I am referring to the cutout they agreed to make in the glass. About two weeks ago I decided to look at window screen replacements. I had two screens done at this shop. They did a beautiful job at a fair price. The entire process was quick and easy. Lisa and Russ were friendly and helpful during the whole time. FG
