Long time established company that has never disappointed. I recently ordered a replacement pane of glass but gave them the wrong measurements. So it didn't fit. I called back with the new correct measurements and they understood and were kind enough to give me a discount on my reorder without my asking.

Excellent company. Easy to make an appointment and have an estimate performed. Had a frosted bathroom window replaced. Nick and Esteban weee excellent to work with during the estimate and window replacement process. Lisa was wonderful to talk with over the phone. Note, you do pay before you get the window installed.

We had a hard time with their customer service. We had ordered a couple of pieces of glass for a shower, where the measurement to center should be 7/8in (not a difference to the thickness of the glass due to height or width as stated in your fine print) I am referring to the cutout they agreed to make in the glass. One of the panels was as great, so thank you, but the second was off. When we reached out, they didn’t want to take responsibility or offer any kind of resolution. P.S. Great experience here. First, they answered the phone when they were closed and told me their hours. Second, in my case I was able to bring my window in for exact measurements so the could order the glass and I was able to take it back home until the glass arrives. Third since I needed privacy glass they took the time to explain my options. Fourth they explained how to install the double pane glass myself, and how best to measure it, on another window that is not removable. Lisa, who identifiers' herself as the owner is horrific to deal with. She starting yelling at me when I was upset they changed our credit card without permission. Then she turned it into "do you need to make payments". That is not why I wanted to pay by check. The installer refused to take a check and without permission, she applied the charge to our credit card. I wanted to be able to track the payment in our quick books.
