We walked in for an adjustment and the staff kindly welcomed us. The office is clean and they offer a wide selection of glasses and sunglasses. I found they have a great selection of Masunaga glasses that are incredibly light and crafted in Japan. I will be returning to have a pair made. Thank you for the friendly welcome and the help today.
So nice to have a locally owned business doing well, and deservedly so! Really professional and genuinely nice people taking care of the neighbors. I walked in needing a replacement nose pad very last minute before a vacation and they took care of it within minutes. When I asked how much it would be they said there was no charge. I will definitely be returning for service or eyeglasses as a paying customer, especially to a locally owned business. SUPPORT THEM!
Completely useless assistant on the phone. Can't even call in to ask a question or get information without her dismissing everything and telling me to spend $160 to ask in person.
We love Dr Lee and everyone at Sunset. Been going there for 6 years now I think. We even moved an hour away and still drive in once a year to be in her and her staffs expert care! I cannot sing their praises enough!
