Cracked Pepper is the best that I have had! I was and am extremely impressed.
The piece des resistance of sausage, second to none! :-) I cut up links of the original mild, simmered in Worcestershire sauce, tiger sauce, chili powder, zatarains blackening, texas Pete, and the usual onion powder, pink Himalayan salt, black pepper and two sliced vidalia onions over spanish yellow rice! The quality and flavor is insurmountable! Can't wait to try ALL, and i mean ALL of sunset farms 100 year tradition of fine southern meats :-)
